GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All contents published at web pages Lisca.com and Cheek.eu and all their versions (hereinafter referred as: Lisca.com) are the property of the company Lisca d.d. Sevnica, Prešernova 4, 8290 Sevnica, Slovenia (hereinafter referred as: Lisca d.d.). By using the web pages of Lisca.com, users accept the published general terms and conditions of business. With these general terms and conditions Lisca d.d. and its users also arrange the mutual obligations of purchasing in the Lisca.com on-line shop. General terms and conditions are composed in accordance with the valid Slovene legislation.
Lisca d.d. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at the web pages Lisca.com at any time without prior notice. All changes of general terms and conditions are obligatory for all users.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lisca d.d. does not take the responsibility for eventual consequences which may occur when using web pages Lisca.com and the contents included in it. Lisca d.d. reserves the right to change the content of web pages at any time without prior notice and does not take the responsibility for eventual consequences of these changes.
Lisca d.d. strives to introduce as most punctual and up-to-date information as possible, but does not exclude eventual inaccuracy of information as far as the prices, delivery time, product descriptions etc. are concerned, and cannot be held responsible for any eventual damages or other consequences. Buyer of goods, purchased in the Lisca.com on-line shop, has the right to return or to reclamation (see item 1.6.). Photographs of products are symbolic and may not represent their actual state of products (colour, materials etc.).

2. LIMITED RIGHT OF USE
The visitors can use the contents of web pages Lisca.com solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. The contents are protected by the law of copyright. Any other use, copying, publication and distribution of the web contents or their individual parts without the permission given by Lisca d.d. is prohibited.

3. REGISTRATION OF USERS
In the Lisca.com on-line shop you can sign up as a registered user. The contents of the on-line shop are also accessible to anonymous users. In the registration procedure the registered users submit the required data. Every registered user gets one’s own user name and a password which is confidential. The user is obliged to ensure that his user name and password will be managed solely by himself or by a person authorized by him.  Every user is independently responsible for contents which are entered by him at the web pages Lisca.com.

The final buyer in the Lisca.com on-line shop is solely the registered user who buys goods for personal use or non-profit employment.  The buyer at the web pages Lisca.com is exclusively the natural person. 

4. PRIVACY POLICY
The data which is submitted by the user via forms found at the web pages Lisca.com or via any other way (by e-mail, telephone etc.) are confidential and are treated in concordance with the valid Slovene legislation. Lisca d.d. will protect the personal data and prevent their misuse. The personal data will be used only for the purposes approved by the user.
The user himself is also responsible for the safety of personal data by making sure that his user name and password are safe.

For transmissions of all personal data of the user Lisca d.d. uses the technology SLL which enables the encoding of all information sent with the orders.
When using the charge card as the way of payment, the data entered is sent from your computer in a coded form directly to the authorization server of the bank.

5. PROCEDURE OF ORDER OR PURCHASE
On the web page Lisca.com it is possible to purchase products presented in the Lisca.com on-line shop. The buyer from the European Union can also send these products to the third person inside the European Union. Buyers from Slovenia can also buy Lisca’s gift cards. In the Lisca.com on-line shop products can be purchased by users from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Macedonia, Malta, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain, the United States.  
The order in Lisca.com on-line shop is submitted when the user receives an automatic electronic notification. This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock or that the product dispatch is in progress. The order will be confirmed in the form of a new e-notification concerning confirmation of the order most lately in 2 working days after its submission
In case of the product ordered being out of stock or the order being impossible to perform because of some other reason, the user will again be notified by e-mail.
The confirmed orders at Lisca.com will be treated by Lisca d.d. as irrevocable. In case of a mistake, a buyer can cancel the order without any additional costs until he receives an e-notification about the confirmation of the order. However, the order can be rejected by Lisca d.d. if it suspects that the misuse of web pages Lisca.com might have occurred.
With the execution of the order, the buyer confirms that he was introduced to general terms and conditions and that he was warned about it explicitly.

Gift cards
Lisca’s gift cards in Lisca.com on-line shop can be ordered only by buyers in Slovenia. Gift cards are possible to cash in only in Slovenia on points of sale and in the time period, indicated on the gift card.

Gifts
The buyer from a country that is a member of the European Union can intend the products he bought to a third person as a gift. The delivery address of the person that the buyer wants to give present to must be within the country that is a member of the European Union. In such cases, the payment is possible only via charge card. Lisca d.d. will take care of the delivery of the gift to its receiver, the bill will be sent to the buyer.

6. THE RETURN OF GOODS AND RECLAMATIONS
The buyer has the right to resign from the contract with Lisca.com in writing within 15 days of receipt of goods, namely on e-mail shop@lisca.si. The buyer fills in the form for return/reclamation which can be found here. When the form is fulfilled, he attaches it to the goods. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, quantitatively unchanged and in the original packaging. It is also obligatory to add a copy of the original bill to the return. After that the buyer must return the goods to the company within 15 days after the written notification on the following address: Lisca d.d., Prešernova 4, 8290 Sevnica, Slovenia – with postscript On-line sale. The buyer covers the costs of return of goods.

Lisca d.d. returns the entire purchase price instantly after the receipt of returned goods.

Lisca d.d. is responsible for clerical errors of bought products in the Lisca.com on-line shop. The buyer sends the reclamation on e-mail shop@lisca.si. The buyer fills in the form for return/reclamation which can be found here. When the form is fulfilled, he attaches it to the goods. He also attaches the original bill. Within 5 working days after the buyer’s written notification Lisca d.d. will confirm the receipt of the reclamation and inform the buyer of the course of the reclamation procedure.

7. PRICES
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are bound by a country. For buyers from countries of the European Union the prices include value added tax (VAT). For buyers from countries that are not members of the European Union value added tax is not calculated; however, these buyers are obliged to meet all the expenses concerning the import declaration of goods to customs, including all import duties, in accordance with the valid legislation of the country of import of which they are explicitly warned about at the purchase.
When making a purchase, the valid prices and discounts are those at the moment of order submittal.
At every purchase in the Lisca.com on-line shop a web discount is calculated.
Prices in the Lisca.com on-line shop are valid till new rates are published.
The time of validity of a special offer in the Lisca.com on-line shop is listed at the Lisca.com on-line shop.
Listed prices apply only for purchases in the Lisca on-line shop and can differ from the prices on points of sale Lisca.

8. PAYMENT OPTIONS IN THE LISCA.COM ON-LINE SHOP

There is only one payment option possible:

Until the entire payment price is paid, the products chosen are the property of Lisca d.d.

9. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by the DHL, the Post of Slovenia and her correspondent partners in individual countries and GLS (General Logistics Systems) and their correspondent partners. The table below shows which delivery service delivers the products bought in the Lisca.com on-line shop in an individual country.
 

Lump-sum amount considering the place of delivery (country) is charged for delivery. For buyers from countries which are members of the European Union VAT is calculated in the amount of delivery. For buyers from countries which are not members of the European Union VAT is not calculated. See the table below.

Lisca d.d. can change the price lists of delivery at any time. In addition to this, Lisca d.d. can choose another delivery service if this will lead to a more efficient execution of orders.

Delivery time of goods is 4 to 10 working days.
